Quality, one of the basic concepts of our company's philosophy. For this reason, a strict quality control has been (internally and externally) , implemented throughout the production process, which is being monitored in every single phase.
All the products, starting from the raw material coming from our suppliers, through the manufacturing and polyester coating, to the final outcome, are being duly checked and analyzed by our quality department
The galvanized wire coils are always tested in order to fully accomplish with the Quality Standards (UNE-EN 10244-2 and UNE-EN 10016-2) requested to all our suppliers (Diameter, zinc coating, rigidity, tensile resistance, brightness,..). The wire we provide is not only of the best quality but it is also ideal for the final product destination.
All in all, the manufacturing and delivery of a high quality product, precision, and total reliability is our main commitment.
A large number of controls, during the manufacturing phase stop any failure or variation from accur during the electro welding process. Also the external dimensions, tolerances, weldings, pressings, etc., are throughly examined by the QC department.
GUARANTEE TECNOMALLAS
"STANDARD" coating
consists of galvanized wire, according to EN 10244-2 Standard, and a layer of Polyester (PES) powder coatinc of 100 micr.min.
"DURABLE" coating
consists of galvanized wire, according to EN 10244-2 Standard, a primary layer of Epoxy, and a second layer of PES powder coating.
"SUPER DURABLE" coating
consists of zinc aluminum wire, according to EN 10244-2 Standard, a primary layer of Epoxy, and a 2nd layer of PES powder coating.

Terms and Conditions of the Guarantee TECNOMALLAS:
The detailed guarantee Tecnomallas is available at all times and upon request. The fencing systems consist of products and accessories Tecnomallas. The products are to be installed at a minimal distance of 500m from the seafront, when products are being installed at less than 500 m from the seafront, those are to meet the requirements described in the table above.Territories that are subject to a distribution agreement, warranty installation is to be carried out by the distributor.
